2 down 3 to go..........
Well its saturday and I really should be studying but brain just not in gear!
Have survived the firt two exams, think they went ok. Its the ones this coming week that will be the toughest.
Have been doing a little often with the Greek - so feeling not too bad about that one (I think!). Have to decide if I want to continue with it next term. I took it as an extra this term so dont need the points. Have some idea about studying greek texts next year instead of english texts - but would that be just too hard????? Oh I dont know........
I have decided that I hate exams - I get so worked up that I cant sleep, which then just adds to the pressure coz I worry about lack of sleep so the worry makes it even harder to get to sleep. The studying bit isnt so bad - when my head IS in gear I actually enjoy it and feel that I am learning.
Anyway like I said 3 to go and a bottle of bubbly to look forward to. Neil wont let me open it until the exams are over!
Speaking of looking forward to something, Neil was 40 last week! His big pressie is a weekend away to Budapest next month. We are going away with some chums (one of whom will have just turned 40 too) on the 17th of Feb for a long wekend. 5 star hotel and flights all booked and soooo looking forward to a weekend of pampering in a beautiful city. (And no kids to keep happy!! wooo! hooo!)
Anyway I have put the greek off too long. Must get back to learning vocab. Have a wonderful wee programme that does vocab tests, it has really helped.

EEk. Exams. Make sure you pace yourself. Sleep is essential. Take time to switch off - have down time... this will make the study time better...
Budapest is great for a short break. If you want recommendations let me know!
